Lot Selection

Is the lot a "buildable" lot? Pat Foley will do a lot walk-through with you, where we will consider its topography, zoning, setback requirement, easements and utility availability.

At Foley Homes, we specialize in making your dreams come true, and are builders who listen to your needs and treat you with respect. Do you want to design your home from scratch with the help of a designer? You may wish to use a stock plan and make modifications to fit your family’s lifestyle.

Personal Assistance with Selections

Tammy Foley, co-owner of Foley Homes, will bring the design elements to your home by helping you create the look, textures and colors that will reflect your lifestyle. She will make suggestions of products and style to bring your home in on budget. Tammy also offers home modification ideas as a NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

The Construction of Your New Home

This is an exciting time when your dreams become reality. Pat Foley, co-owner of Foley Homes, will help to design a home that meets your needs, will oversee the daily construction of your home, and will deliver satisfaction of the home you entrust him to build. He is active in Builders Association of Greater Lafayette, and Indiana Builders Association. Foley Homes offers several walk-throughs with construction management and electrical placement to make sure everything is on par with what you want.

Foley Homes is an NAHB, Certified Green Professional, which makes us committed to making your home environmentally friendly. Foley Homes is dedicated to the practice of green building and are trained to deliver it to you the way that best suits your needs.

Warranty, Care and Maintenance

Effective storm water management and landscaping could mean less time maintaining outside spaces. Foley Homes provides a One Year Warranty on workmanship and defects. We offer personal tips in our Home Owners Orientation for easy care of your home maintenance and upkeep, and are continually available for questions and other guidance if needed.
